I took it for about five hours and it worked for me and was effective for about a week. If it has any side effects like headaches, dizziness, stomach upset etc. then it is not recommended. I will not recommend this to anyone else. I was on 100mg of it for about 5 hours. It worked for me. I am now on 50mg and still having side effects but I was on 100mg. I have been taking it for about 5 years. I have had no side effects and I am not sure if it is the medicine or some other drug.
